Back in Paris

To be honest with you, it is not a pleasure to be back in Paris after spending a great week in socal. We had so much fun. I was so glad to see everybody there.
The very first day we went to a club on Hollywood Blvd after a memorable "aperitivo" and a hot bubbly time in the jacuzzi at Mark and Tracie's (who I'd like to thank for their hospitality! :)
On Sunday we went to see an exhibit called "ashes and snow" at Santa Monica in a temporary museum built ON the beach; then we went to a korean restaurant in Korea town in LA with very good friends of Mark and Tracie. After what we drove and crashed in Oceanside at Jonathan's mother, who I want to thank as well for her hospitality!
We spent the week between O'side and SD and went to the Cheesecake Factory, Claim Jumper, In n' Out, Robin Thicke and Keshia Cole's concert, Jumba Juice, Sushi on the rock, Porto's Bakery!!! and many more... I have never eaten so much food in my entire life! I couldn't stop eating, the food there is way to good!!! :)
We finished our trip in LA with a tour of the Disney's headquarters and studio's where I walked pass Jennifer Garner :D She didn't recognize me though, I won't say I'm not disappointed... lol

And now I'm back to work. The people I work with are bitchier than usual, I am completely jetlagged. Went to bed at 6pm yesterday and woke up at 4am today... It pretty much sucks!

Anyway, thank you all for that week, I love you and miss you a lot!
I promise I'll be back soon!
And for the Parisians, I can't wait to see you all! Call me!

Sorry, i haven't been blogging for a long time. There was a lot going on here these past weeks. So many friends came over. It was awesome! I had such a great time!

Laura spent a lot of time over, she's unfortunately going back to Cali' on Thursday so it was great to have her around! Eric came to Paris, Jonathan and I finally met him at Laura's and the four of us went to La Vinia for a wine tasting party. We ended up wasted out of very good wines, drinking a glass of EVERY bottle. That was memorable!
John Zeman came from London for a few days and crashed at our place one night because he had missed the last metro. Holly was here for two weeks, Chris stayed almost two weeks as well. They brought with them Aunt Jamyma syrup and an aerobed so we can welcome up to 3 people in our living room. Even Sandrine was often around, dropping by to see everyone.
Jonathan, Holly, Laura, Fiezal, Sabrina and I went to Amsterdam for a weekend. We took the train Friday evening, partied all night, all Saturday and came back Sunday morning. We also had naps between all that in a 5 star hotel. which wasn't unpleasant!! We all had an AMAZING time there. It was said that we have to go back soon... We'll see ;)
John Steven also came from Boston with his girlfriend Erica and stayed 5 days, bringing us hot sauce and oreos: the basics ;) They visited Paris en amoureux and left yesterday, leaving the guest room deserted.

Time went by so fast! It was great to have all of you in Paris! Bringing a lot of life in our apartment. Thank you all for coming over! You are all more than welcome to come back anytime... I'm pretty confident that I will see you soon, in California next week or in Paris or elsewhere, who knows? :)
