Dead cat

This morning, I got up, took my nasty hot and swet smelling train; took my bus, fell asleep in both of them; all that to find a big dead black cat right in front of the company' side entrance, under a tree, eyes open with its mouth dripping blood.

Is that a good omen somewhere? I highly doubt it.
